For customers unfamiliar with honing technology, we offer detailed guidance including consulting services and technical analysis of new products.

We can conduct pre-sales technical tests on the honing machines that customers intend to purchase, with the test content determined by the difficulty of the honing process.

During the validity period of the contract, we will provide customers with technical training, sample parts and pre-acceptance services.

For customers cooperating with us for the first time, we will provide on-site installation, commissioning, operation training and other services prior to the formal acceptance.

All honing machines we provide come with a one-year warranty, and we offer a rapid response service within the warranty period (all communications will be replied to within 24 hours and solutions for any problems will be provided within 48 hours). For products beyond the warranty period, we still provide lifetime maintenance services.
