The WH Series Honing Machine, works as a manual machine or an Automatic with E-Z Adjust Stroker System.  It can use virtually all available Honing Tools and is designed around the “Sunnen Style”  Mandrel, Adapters and Metal Bond Stones. Of which we also provide. Along with this machine uses our Mult-Stone Mandrel and Metal Bond Stones.

The WH series, with our wide variety of Honing Tools and Abrasives can hone very hard materials such as bearing steel, carbide and a variety of alloys including Stainless Steels, as well as soft steels, aluminum, brass and other materials. The size range .098” to 4”  (2.55mm to 100mm)

Many of our customers Hone, Aerospace, Automotive and Military components with high production requirements. Typical Parts are Refirgeration Compressors, Hydraulic Cartridge Valves, Inner and Outer Bearing Races, Gun Barrels, Fuel Injectors along with many other challenging applications. We supply Technical Support for all of our Machines, Domestically and through our Trained Staff in our International Distributors, Kellogg Industrial Honing in North America, and DAMEC in Europe.
